Numero Sciience Refund and Cancellation Policy**

*Step 1: Understanding Order Cancellations*

Please note that there may be specific orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decline or cancel any order for any reason. Some circumstances that may lead to your order being cancelled include limitations on available quantities for purchase, IT errors, inaccuracies or mistakes in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also need additional verifications or information before accepting any order. If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your Card Account within 15 days or the next billing cycle of your credit card. Orders cannot be cancelled when in transit or with the courier.

*Step 2: Payment Authorization and Refunds*

We donot provide any refund or refund if any damaged products you can request for exchange or refund

Exchanges

Exchange request should be done within 2days after receiving the products
we will provide you exchanged product within 3-7 business days.

Or refund will be Provided for Damaged products.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

We shall notify you once we receive the damaged product details along with the photos over shipranumerosciience@gmail.com , and based on respective approvals, will process the refund within 10 business days to the original payment method.
